If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased, you may return it for an exchange, gift certificate, or in-house credit PROVIDED THAT we receive the product back within 30 days of purchase AND there is still at least half of the product left in its container. Please let us know your reason for return so that we can improve!!

Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please e-mail us or call toll-free at 800.369.1365. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return. Please report shipping errors or damage within 5 days of receipt.
